• No number in this game is favoured. Over the last 1,000 draws the counts match a fair draw — a chi-square over 30 degrees of freedom gives p = 0.420, and the furthest number sits 1.9 standard deviations out, which is what chance does when 31 numbers are watched at once.
• And last night is not in tonight. Asking whether a number that just came up is likelier to repeat gives z = -1.00 — nothing.
• This game's whole pool sits inside the date range — it runs from 1 to 31, so there is no above-31 side of it to move to. What the line can do here is spread: none of them are consecutive, and it covers the whole pool rather than bunching in one part of it.
• What that is worth. It does not make a match more likely. It makes a match split with fewer people, which is the only thing a choice can change. Where a prize is fixed rather than shared, the numbers change nothing at all, and the only lever left is how many lines you buy.
• Measured against arbitrary lines. On the project's own crowding markers — month numbers, day-of-month numbers, touching pairs, a ticket inside the date range, an equal step, one part of the pool carrying more than its share — this line scores 23, where 300 arbitrary lines of the same size average 27. Lower is more distinctive.

A draw with no memory cannot be predicted. This is a choice about sharing, not a forecast, and the page says so because the measurement says so.

Read it the way it should be read. 1,307 draws are held for this game and the test above was run on the most recent 1,000 of them, because these games change their pools and a count across a change is a count of two different games. Nothing here is a favourite: the number furthest from its expected count sits 1.9 standard deviations out, which is what chance produces when 31 numbers are watched at once. And knowing last night's draw tells you nothing about tonight's — that is the whole finding, and it is the same finding every game gives.

Your answer is kept in this browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, and declining is remembered — the bar does not return to ask again.

Error reports. If the page throws an error, a short report is sent through a small relay on this domain so the fault can be fixed. It carries the message, the file, the line, the stack, the page path without its query string, and the browser's own user agent. It carries no cookie, no identifier, no session replay and no record of a person — and if your browser asks not to be tracked, it sends nothing at all.
